I work with children in their natural environments—at home and out in the community—so skills actually carry over into real life.
My focus is helping kids build independence while supporting parents with clear strategies, structure, and confidence along the way.
Who I Help
I work with children and families navigating autism, sensory differences, emotional regulation challenges, and daily routines that feel overwhelming.
Whether it’s transitions, behavior, communication, or simply getting through the day, we focus on what’s underneath the challenge—and build practical strategies that actually work in real life.
How I Approach Therapy
Therapy should make sense—not feel like guesswork.
One of the first things we look at is whether something is truly hard for your child, or if they’re having a hard time in the moment. That understanding changes how we respond—and leads to better outcomes.
My focus is not just on getting through the moment, but on helping your child build the skills and confidence to handle challenges over time.
That means supporting independence, creating structure that works for your family, and helping you feel confident in how you respond day to day.
